Delete it from the app

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without contacting us:

1. Open the Dealzone app (or sign in on the web).
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

What is deleted

Deleting your account erases, permanently:

• your name, phone number, address, city and profile photo;
• your email address and password — you will not be able to sign in again;
• your saved offers, your notifications, and your reviews;
• your coin balance, which is forfeited and cannot be restored;
• the notification tokens for your devices, so the app stops sending you anything.

If you run a business on Dealzone, your listing is taken down and your offers stop showing to customers.

What we keep, and why

We keep a record of offers you redeemed and coin transactions you made, with your personal details removed so the record can no longer identify you.

We are not keeping this to track you. A redemption is a transaction between you and a local business: it is that business’s sales record as much as it is yours, and it is what their coin budget is reconciled against. Erasing it would corrupt other people’s accounts and their tax records. This is the standard exception for transaction records under Google Play and App Store deletion policies, and under India’s DPDP Act.

Can I change my mind?

No. Deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed — we cannot restore a deleted account, its coins, or its reviews. You are welcome to sign up again with the same phone number, but it will be a brand-new account starting from zero.
